Job Title: SEMH Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5)
Salary: Up to £220 Per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will deliver lessons and interventions tailored to students’ unique needs. You will manage classroom behaviour, promote emotional well-being, and support students to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ SEMH needs.
- Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development.
- Create a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with staff, teaching assistants, and external professionals to implement personalised strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, interventions, and student achievements.
- Promote independence, resilience, and motivation among learners.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching students with SEMH or related needs is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons to individual student needs.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to student well-being.
