About the Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ geographical knowledge, understanding, and skills. You will create a positive learning environment that motivates students, encourages participation, and supports their overall progress.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons for students across multiple key stages.
- Support students’ learning and progress through differentiated teaching strategies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with staff to develop lesson resources, activities, and interventions.
- Keep accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching Geography at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage students.
- Adaptable and creative approach to lesson planning and delivery.
