Salary: £460 – £600 per week

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to assist students in and out of the classroom. You will play a vital role in delivering targeted support, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students engage fully with their learning.
Responsibilities:
• Support students individually and in small groups to enhance learning and engagement.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Provide additional support to students with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation in line with school policies.
• Help prepare learning resources and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and record student progress, feeding back to teaching staff as required.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of different learners and classroom settings.
• A genuine passion for supporting students’ development and well-being.
