SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield

Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
Pay: £95 – £115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Term Time
The Role

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN

Support children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties

Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support, and engagement

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff

Help implement EHCP targets and support strategies
Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or alternative provision)

Confident managing behaviour and building strong relationships

Calm, patient, and resilient under pressure

Able to follow support plans and adapt to individual needs

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
