Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are welcoming applications, working with schools across Sheffield in the S5 and S9 areas, to appoint an accomplished Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
In this role, the Mathematics Teacher will plan and teach lessons that develop logical thinking, accuracy, and independent learning within a structured classroom environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-prepared maths lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Encourage pupils to develop problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider school initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
