Job Title: Computer Science Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting a committed Computer Science Teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across schools in Sheffield, including central and surrounding areas within the S2 and S3 postcodes.
In this role, the Computer Science (CS) Teacher will plan and teach lessons that develop coding, problem-solving, and computational thinking, while fostering confidence and enthusiasm for technology.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured computer science lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Support pupils in developing coding, programming, and analytical skills.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider school initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Computer Science Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
