Job Title: SEMH Teacher
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring a dedicated SEMH Teacher to provide consistent and supportive learning experiences. The role is based within schools across Dinnington, supporting pupils in the wider S25 catchment and nearby localities.
In this role, the Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Teacher will plan and deliver personalised lessons that promote engagement, emotional regulation, and academic progress in a calm classroom environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored lessons to meet individual SEMH needs.
- Support pupils with behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where required.
- Work closely with pastoral teams and support staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as an SEMH Teacher in specialist or mainstream settings.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
