Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are welcoming applications for a committed SEN Teacher to provide structured and inclusive learning experiences. The role is based within schools across Dinnington, supporting pupils in the wider S25 locality and nearby areas.

In this role, the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher will plan and deliver personalised lessons that support academic progress, communication, and emotional development within a nurturing environment.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver tailored lessons to meet a range of special educational needs.
  • Support pupils with communication, engagement, and emotional regulation.
  • Maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where required.
  • Work closely with SEN teams, pastoral staff, and external professionals.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as an SEN Teacher in a specialist or mainstream setting.
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
