Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistants
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently hiring dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Dinnington (S25), offering personalised support to pupils who require additional guidance.

As 1:1 Teaching Assistants (TA), you will work closely with individual pupils to support their academic progress, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing within the classroom.

Prime Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored one-to-one support to pupils as 1:1 Teaching Assistants.
  • Assist with learning activities and classroom engagement.
  • Support pupils with additional needs, helping them stay focused and confident.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
