Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Are you dedicated to helping pupils develop positive behaviour and confidence within the school environment?
GSL Education are currently looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Staff to work in schools across Dinnington (S25), supporting pupils who require additional behavioural guidance and encouragement.
As Behaviour Support Staff, you will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis to promote positive choices, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning.
Mian Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent behavioural guidance to pupils as Behaviour Support Staff.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
- Build supportive relationships that encourage trust and confidence.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
