Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring a committed Teaching Assistant to provide consistent classroom support. The position is based within schools across Sheffield, supporting pupils in the S13 district and nearby communities.
In this role, the Teaching Assistant (TA) will assist pupils during lessons, help adapt learning resources, and contribute to a positive and structured classroom environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with classroom tasks and activities.
- Assist with preparing and adapting learning materials.
- Encourage engagement, participation, and positive behaviour.
- Work with individuals or small groups to support learning needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to promote pupil progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
