SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Filey
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: February 2026
GSL Education are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a secondary school in Filey. This role involves working closely with students who require additional academic and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning

Encourage independence and engagement in lessons

Support behaviour and emotional regulation
Requirements

Experience supporting SEN pupils, ideally in secondary schools

Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach

Strong communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
