Salary: £460 – £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will ensure that learning continues smoothly in the absence of teaching staff. You will manage classrooms effectively, follow lesson plans, and provide a safe, positive, and productive learning environment for students. This is a key role in maintaining school standards and supporting student engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of teaching staff.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students are on task.
- Support students with learning, engagement, and behaviour management.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Adapt quickly to different classes and learning environments.
- Monitor attendance, behaviour, and participation, maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school environment or classroom support role preferred.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in supporting different age groups and subjects.
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach to covering lessons.
