About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and supporting students’ learning across various subjects and year groups. This role is vital in maintaining continuity and ensuring a positive learning experience during staff absences.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver prepared lessons across different subjects and key stages.
- Create and maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Support students’ engagement, progress, and confidence.
- Follow school policies and lesson plans to maintain consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff regarding lesson delivery and student progress.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes and learners.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across multiple subjects and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
