About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that challenge and engage students, develop their numeracy skills, and support progression across the curriculum. You will foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and achievement.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities.
- Support students’ learning, confidence, and progress through differentiated strategies.
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, share best practice, and support student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire students in their learning.
- Adaptable, organised, and creative approach to lesson planning.
