Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full time, Feb – Easter

About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that engage students, develop literacy skills, and foster critical thinking. You will create a positive and structured learning environment that promotes both academic achievement and personal development.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons across different year groups.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Support students’ academic progress, confidence, and love of learning.
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching resources and strategies.
- Keep accurate records of student attainment, behaviour, and attendance.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3/4 preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students.
- Creative and adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
