Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting a motivated Maths Teacher to deliver engaging lessons that build confidence and strengthen numeracy skills, supporting pupils across Sheffield in the S2 and S3 postal areas.
In this role, the Mathematics Teacher will plan and teach lessons covering key mathematical concepts, support pupils in developing logical thinking, and create a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-prepared maths lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support wider school initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
