Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are welcoming applications from experienced SEN Teachers to deliver inclusive and personalised learning. The role is based in schools throughout Sheffield, serving pupils across the S2 and S3 districts.
In this role, the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher will plan and deliver differentiated lessons, support individual education plans, and create a calm, structured environment that promotes progress and confidence.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
- Track progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a SEN Teacher or within a SEND setting.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
