Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Staff to work in schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), providing targeted support to pupils who require additional behavioural guidance.
As Behaviour Support Staff, you will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent behavioural support to pupils as Behaviour Support Staff.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
- Build trusting relationships to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and SENCOs.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
