Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are appointing an inspiring MFL Teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive language lessons that build both skills and cultural awareness. The role is based in schools across the Rotherham area, covering the S65 and S66 postcodes.

In this role, the Modern Foreign Language (MFL Teacher) will plan and teach lessons that build speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. You will support pupils to develop confidence, fluency, and enthusiasm for learning languages.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-structured MFL lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Encourage confident communication, participation, and curiosity.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider learning objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as an MFL Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
