Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a committed Science Teacher to work in schools across Rotherham (S65, S66), delivering engaging lessons that encourage enquiry, experimentation, and critical thinking.

As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the science curriculum, supporting pupils in developing practical skills and a strong understanding of scientific concepts.

What the Position Involves:

  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking in the classroom.
  • Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and confidence in delivering science lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills as Science Teacher.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
