Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S35)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are hiring a dedicated Geography Teacher to deliver lessons that expand students’ understanding of physical and human geography while fostering curiosity about the environment. The role is based in schools across Sheffield, supporting learners within the S35 locality.
As a Geography Teacher, you will plan and deliver stimulating lessons, support pupils in developing map-reading, research, and analytical skills, and foster a sense of global awareness and environmental responsibility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging geography lessons across the curriculum.
- Support pupils in developing critical thinking and geographical skills
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach confidently as a Geography Teacher.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
