About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons in line with existing plans, supporting classroom management, and ensuring that students continue to make progress across the curriculum. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and assisting with day-to-day classroom activities.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons across different subjects and key stages according to provided plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students’ learning, engagement, and academic progress.
• Follow school procedures and lesson plans to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to regular teaching staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across multiple subjects.
• Flexible, adaptable, and confident working in different classroom settings.
• A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to student success.
