About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver prepared lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students stay on track academically. This role is key in providing stability and consistent learning during teacher absences.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons across a range of subjects according to prepared plans.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
• Support student engagement, participation, and academic progress.
• Follow school policies and procedures to ensure consistency in learning.
• Provide feedback to permanent teaching staff regarding lesson delivery and student progress.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different students and classes.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support students of varying abilities.
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to new classroom environments.
