Salary: £460 – £600 per week

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individual or small group support, assist with classroom management, and help students engage fully with their learning. This role is key to ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
• Support students with learning activities, adapting tasks to individual needs.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Work with teachers to implement personalised learning plans and strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
• Help prepare resources and maintain a well-organised classroom.
• Encourage independence, resilience, and engagement in learning.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar Learning Support or Teaching Assistant role is preferred.
• Understanding of secondary school curriculum and learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of different students.
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
