Salary: £460 – £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide consistent classroom management, support learning across a range of subjects, and ensure students remain engaged during lessons. You will play a vital role in maintaining a calm and productive learning environment while supporting the school’s overall educational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and support students’ learning in the absence of teachers.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Assist with the organisation of classroom resources and learning materials.
• Monitor student behaviour, attendance, and engagement throughout the school day.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and lesson delivery.
• Support individual students who may require additional guidance or supervision.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in learning.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a teaching or classroom supervision role is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
• Flexible, proactive, and confident in managing multiple classes or year groups.
