Job Title: Sports Coach

Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will support the delivery of physical education lessons and extracurricular sports activities, encouraging participation and positive behaviour. You will play an important role in helping students build teamwork skills, discipline, and self-confidence through sport and physical activity.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions tailored to students’ abilities and interests.
• Support PE lessons and extracurricular sports clubs across the school.
• Promote teamwork, fair play, and positive behaviour through structured activities.
• Encourage active participation and motivate students to achieve their potential.
• Support students who require additional encouragement or guidance during activities.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support students’ physical and personal development.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Sports Coach or in a similar role is desirable.
• A strong passion for sport, fitness, and working with young people.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
