Behaviour Mentor
Location: Selby
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Full-Time
GSL Education are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to provide targeted support to secondary pupils in Selby.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions

Support pupils at risk of disengagement

Encourage positive behaviour and attendance

Liaise with pastoral and SEN teams
Requirements

Previous mentoring or youth support experience

Ability to build trust with young people

Strong organisational and communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
