Qualified PE Teacher / Instructor – Secondary Schools (Leicester)
Location: Leicester and surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive – dependent on experience and qualifications

GSL Education are currently recruiting Qualified PE Teachers and PE Instructors to work across a range of secondary schools in Leicester. We are seeking passionate, energetic, and committed professionals who can inspire young people and promote a positive attitude towards physical education, health, and wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for both qualified teachers (QTS) and experienced PE instructors looking for flexible or long-term roles within supportive secondary school environments.
The Role:

Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum

Promote teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles

Manage behaviour effectively and create a safe, inclusive learning environment

Work collaboratively with department staff and wider school teams

Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience teaching or delivering PE in secondary schools

Strong knowledge of the secondary PE curriculum

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Right to work in the UK full time

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A positive, proactive, and professional approach
