Job Title: Drama Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time 

Keen to spark imagination and guide pupils to express themselves confidently through the performing arts.

GSL Education are looking for a committed Drama Teacher to foster confidence, communication, and creativity in the classroom. The position is based in Doncaster schools, supporting pupils across the DN2 and DN6 areas.

In this role, the Drama Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop performance skills, teamwork, and creative thinking. You will create a supportive environment where pupils feel confident to explore ideas and express themselves.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver well-structured drama lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  • Encourage creativity, collaboration, and confident participation.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider learning goals.

What You’ll Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a Drama Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
