Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are working with schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) to appoint a dedicated English Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons that develop reading, writing, and communication skills.
In this role, the English Teacher will plan and teach lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in students. You will support pupils to achieve academic success while nurturing a love of the English language.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver well-structured English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Encourage independent thinking, creativity, and engagement with texts.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support wider learning objectives.
What You’ll Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as an English Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
