Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teacher
Location: Dinnington (S25)

Payrate: £160-£210 Per day (Depending on experience and PayScale)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are hiring a committed SEN Teacher to work in schools across Dinnington (S25), helping pupils achieve their full potential in an inclusive and structured environment.

In this role, the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher will plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs, while promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver personalised learning for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Create a structured, calm, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to track progress.

What You’ll Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Previous experience working as an SEN Teacher or within SEND-focused settings.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
