Cover Supervisor
Location: Sherburn
Salary: £93 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time / Supply
Start Date: February 2026 or sooner
GSL Education are seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to support a busy secondary school in the Sherburn area. This role is ideal for individuals with strong classroom presence and experience working with young people.

Responsibilities

Supervise classes during teacher absence

Deliver pre-set work and maintain engagement

Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Support pupils with learning routines
Requirements

Experience working with secondary-aged pupils

Strong behaviour management skills

Confidence leading a classroom independently

Commitment to safeguarding
