Job Title: Physical Education (PE) Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting a dedicated PE Teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive physical education lessons. This position is available across Sheffield, with schools located in the north and east of the city, including those within the S5 and S9 postal areas.
In this role, the Physical Education (PE) Teacher will plan and teach lessons that promote fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. You will inspire pupils to build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of sport within a positive classroom and sports environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured PE lessons across a range of sports and activities.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider school objectives.
Requirements:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a PE Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
