Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Worksop (S81)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are appointing a dedicated Geography Teacher to deliver engaging and meaningful lessons. This role is based in Worksop, with opportunities across the S81 postcode area.
In this role, the Geography Teacher will plan and teach lessons that develop students’ understanding of physical and human geography, while encouraging critical thinking and global awareness within a positive classroom environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the geography curriculum.
- Encourage enquiry, discussion, and independent learning.
- Maintain a focused, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
- Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school goals.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Geography Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
