GSL Education is working closely with a range of nursery settings across Chelmsford and the surrounding areas, and we’re looking for nursery assistants to join our supply team.

What the Role Involves

Supporting children’s learning and development in Early Years settings

Assisting with play-based activities, routines, and care

Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

Working as part of a friendly nursery team

Following safeguarding and nursery policies
Who We’re Looking For

Experience working with young children (nursery or childcare setting)

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential

A warm, patient, and reliable approach

Confidence to adapt to different nursery environments

A genuine passion for Early Years education
