Cover Supervisor
Location: Tadcaster
Salary: £93 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time / Supply
Start Date: January 2026
GSL Education are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to support a busy secondary school in the Tadcaster area. This role is ideal for individuals with strong classroom presence and an interest in education.

Responsibilities

Supervise classes during teacher absence

Deliver pre-set work and maintain engagement

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Support pupils with learning and routines
Requirements

Experience working with secondary-age pupils

Strong behaviour management skills

Confidence leading a classroom independently

Commitment to safeguarding
