Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are welcoming applications for a dedicated Sports Coach to work with schools serving the wider Dinnington community, within the S25 postcode, supporting physical activity and promoting healthy lifestyles.

In this role, the Sports Coach will lead and assist with a range of sporting activities, helping students develop teamwork, confidence, and physical skills in a safe and inclusive environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support structured sports sessions and activities.
  • Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour.
  • Support pupils of varying abilities to build confidence and resilience.
  • Assist with setting up equipment and maintaining safe practice.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support wider wellbeing goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Sports Coach or in a similar role.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident working with young people.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
