Drama Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

Schools across Sheffield (S2 and S3) and GSL Education are looking for an inspiring Drama Teacher to lead engaging lessons that encourage self-expression, teamwork, and performance skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, energetic classroom environment.
The Heart of the Drama Teacher Role
- Deliver Drama lessons across relevant key stages
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and confident self-expression
- Support students in performance, improvisation, and scripted work
- Foster collaboration and respect within practical lessons
Your Role in Practice
- Plan and deliver dynamic Drama lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Create a safe, inclusive space for students to perform and explore ideas
- Assess progress in both practical and written Drama work
- Manage behaviour effectively during practical activities
- Work closely with the performing arts department
What Schools Will Value
- Qualified Drama Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Enthusiasm for performance and creative learning
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
