-
Support classroom activities and practical learning sessions
-
Build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff
About You
-
A caring, patient, and resilient individual
-
Passionate about supporting young people who face barriers to education
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Experience working with children, young people, or SEN is desirable but not essential
What We Offer
-
A supportive and inclusive working environment
-
Ongoing training and professional development
-
The opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day
-
Competitive pay, dependent on experience
If you’re someone who wants to support young people to succeed beyond the classroom and help them re-engage with learning, we would love to hear from you.
