Salary: £460 – £600 per week

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. You will provide practical assistance with learning, behaviour management, and personalised interventions to help every student reach their potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and learning activities.
- Assist students with their academic and social development.
- Implement personalised strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers as required.
- Support students with additional needs, including SEN or behavioural challenges.
- Encourage independence, engagement, and confidence in learning.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Understanding of SEN, SEMH, or other additional needs is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and classroom dynamics.
- Patient, compassionate, and committed to student development.
