Salary: Up to £190 per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students’ learning. You will ensure continuity of education during staff absence and contribute to a positive, structured learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons across different subjects and year groups in line with existing plans.
  • Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment.
  • Support students’ engagement, progress, and confidence.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson delivery and student outcomes.
  • Adapt to different classes and learning needs effectively.
  • Follow school procedures to ensure consistency and continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
