Salary: £460 – £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will support the delivery of high-quality physical education and extracurricular sports activities. You will work closely with teaching staff to promote active lifestyles, positive behaviour, and student engagement, using sport as a tool to build confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging sports and physical activity sessions to individuals and groups.
- Support PE lessons and extracurricular sports clubs across the school.
- Encourage teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour through sport.
- Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of all students.
- Promote physical well-being and active participation.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student development.
- Ensure activities are delivered safely and in line with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Sports Coach or in a similar role is preferred.
- Relevant sports coaching qualification or background in sports/physical activity.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic, and flexible approach to working with young people.
