Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to provide essential classroom support and enhance students’ learning experiences, with opportunities available across schools situated in the S13 locality of Sheffield.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support teachers in delivering individual and group learning, foster engagement, and help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom where every learner feels motivated and supported.
Core Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant:
- Assist with classroom activities, resources, and lesson delivery to support students.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to learners with varying needs.
- Encourage engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Help maintain an organised, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting students in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and support learners with diverse needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
