About the Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students develop their scientific knowledge, practical skills, and critical thinking abilities. You will create a structured and motivating classroom environment, supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons across multiple key stages.
  • Support students’ learning and progression through differentiated teaching.
  • Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, schemes of work, and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attainment, and attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate students.
