Salary: £460 – £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will deliver high-quality sports sessions, develop students’ skills, and encourage participation across a variety of activities. You will play a key role in promoting physical health, teamwork, and confidence among students.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging sports and physical activity sessions for students of all abilities.
- Promote teamwork, resilience, and personal development through sport.
- Encourage participation and positive behaviour in all activities.
- Adapt sessions to meet individual student needs and abilities.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment at all times.
- Support extra-curricular clubs, inter-school competitions, and events.
- Monitor and track student progress in skills, fitness, and participation.
Qualifications:
- Experience delivering sports sessions in a school or youth setting.
- Knowledge of coaching principles, physical education, and sports development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage students.
- Organised, adaptable, and passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles.
