Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are hiring an inspiring English Teacher who can make lessons engaging and inspiring, with opportunities available across Rotherham schools situated in the S65 and S66 localities.
As an English Teacher, you will deliver lessons that strengthen students’ reading, writing, and analytical skills, fostering an inclusive classroom where learners confidently express ideas and reach their potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-prepared English lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Encourage reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or another recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as an English Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
