Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring a dedicated Maths Teacher to work with schools across Doncaster, including those situated within the DN2 and DN6 areas, making learning engaging and accessible.

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver lessons that build confidence, deepen understanding, and apply mathematical concepts, while fostering a supportive classroom where students are encouraged to explore and succeed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-structured maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and numerical skills.
  • Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.

Requirements:

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching credential.
  • Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
