About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons according to provided plans, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and supported. This role provides an opportunity to work across different subjects and year groups, making a real impact on students’ learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prepared lessons across various subjects and year groups.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, structured learning environment.
  • Support students’ learning and engagement during staff absences.
  • Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure continuity of teaching.
  • Provide feedback to staff regarding student progress and lesson outcomes.
  • Adapt to different classes, subjects, and learning abilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting students across multiple year groups is desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident teaching at short notice.
