Learning Support Assistant
Location: Hornsea
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Start Date: Immediate / January 2026
GSL Education are looking to appoint a reliable Learning Support Assistant to support pupils academically and emotionally within a classroom setting.
Responsibilities
• Support pupils with learning and engagement
• Assist the class teacher during lessons
• Provide targeted support where required
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation
• Help pupils reach their full potential
Requirements
• Experience supporting children or young people
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
